How the Two Tones Work

This unique double singing bowl produces two different musical notes from its two sides. Each side is tuned to a different note, allowing you to work with both tones individually or combine them during a sound healing session.

Hold the bowl securely by its wooden handle and gently play the desired side using the included mallet or felt drumstick. By switching between the two sides, you can create alternating tones and a rich, layered sound experience.

For example, a C/G bowl produces C from one side and G from the other side. This makes it easy to move between two complementary tones during meditation, sound baths, chakra-focused practices, and therapeutic sound sessions.

Available note combinations: C/G, F/C, D/G, E/B, and A/G.
